This small stone arch bridge crosses Clinton Spring, right before the Mississippi River Bridge.

The bridge was built circa 1894, which corresponds to a time when many other arches were built in the area. This major upgrade occurred between 1890 and 1900.
The bridge is rather unnotable, and hidden in plain sight. The bridge is in good condition and retains excellent historic integrity.

The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the small size, despite the historic integrity.
